Thank you for this article. Very nice videos about this kind of fitness. I think it's so much fun to lose weight with Zumba. I followed Kangoo Jumps as well, but I love to dance, not to jump :D I can't wait to start again these lessons, because I had a busy schedule at work and home these days.
